RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Deveci, we strive to provide premium products that meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items bought during a sale or using a promotional discount.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please record an unboxing video as proof and share it with us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Only if valid proof is provided, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective products after verification of the unboxing video.
- A standard ₹100 deduction will be made towards shipping costs.
- If you wish to return the product at your own expense, no deduction will be made. The product must reach us safely in its original condition.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@deveciclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and the required images or video proof.
