All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. This includes quality checks, packaging, and handover to our delivery partner.

2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 4–8 business days depending on your location in India. Remote and rural areas may experience slight delays.

3. Delivery Charges

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of ₹100 on all orders. Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure smooth and secure delivery across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your package status until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to natural calamities, regional holidays, political unrest, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the order is dispatched, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. Deveci Clothing is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you. In case of multiple failed attempts, your package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
